Pilgrimage 3.19.2016

Our Confirmandi joined other Catholic youth, young adults, and families in the 7th Pilgrimage.  These Pilgrims walked the city streets of Wilmington with Bishop Malooly, carrying the Pilgrimage Cross from parish to parish. This is the same Cross which our youth carried at our Masses the weekend of March 12/13, 2016.  The day included opening prayer, entertainment by the incredible Catholic musician, Noelle Garcia, the chance to celebrate Reconciliation, to kneel before the Blessed Sacrament, experience the Stations of the Cross, and stop by St. Francis Hospital for a special blessing of the patients.  The day concluded with Mass.

First Reconciliation, December 5th, 2015

Blessings upon the children in PSR grade 2 for celebrating their First Reconciliation.

Parish Picnic Pictures 2015

Thank you to all who helped with the Parish Picnic.  It was great to see so many helping with the event.  We had a wonderful time and the food was delicious!  Great time for adults and kids!  We also had a surprise visit from “Pope Francis”!  Please keep our Holy Father in your prayers.  Jack even made his first parish appearance.  If you don’t know who Jack is yet, you’ll just have to come to more events!

We’re looking forward to everyone getting involved.  We are blessed with an amazing parish family.
