Information to be considered for publication in the bulletin, weekend update and/or on the website
should be emailed to submission.org@saintpolycarp.org. If you do not have email
capability, articles can be dropped off at the Parish Office.
BULLETIN
All articles for the Weekly Sunday Bulletin must be turned in before NOON
Thursday, for consideration of publication in the following weekend bulletin
(10 days before). Articles must be typed for legibility and accuracy. Please have
someone proof read your submission for accuracy in content, dates and times.
If at all possible, articles should be e-mailed to submission@saintpolycarp.org. If
you do not have email capability, articles can be dropped off at the Parish Office.
Articles may be edited due to space limitations. Because of these limitations, some
articles may appear in a later Bulletin than the one requested. They may also be
posted online on the parish website www.saintpolycarp.org.
Ministries are to submit articles to the Bulletin on a regular basis to keep
parishioners informed in all aspects of parish life. For most ministries this will be
monthly following monthly meetings.

The current Bulletin is posted on our website. If you have additional information for our website, email information to submission@saintpolycarp.org. Please have someone proof read your submission for accuracy in content, dates and times.
All ministry leaders should send a brief description of their ministry for publication on the website. Include contact person with his/her contact information and the dates of your meetings.

If you would like something included in our Weekend Update Email, please email information to submission@saintpolycarp.org by Thursday at 2pm.
