First Reconciliation

FIRST RECONCILIATION

Peace be with you! Congratulations to our 15 Second Grade children, 8 Intermediate students, and 2 adults who received the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time on Saturday, December 7th.  Thank you to the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality for helping with the reception!

Christmas Parade 2019

St. Polycarp Church participated in the Smyrna-Clayton Christmas Parade on December 7th. Thank you to all who made this possible!  Thank you to all those who helped to build the beautiful float, our driver, all those who rode or walked representing the birth of our Lord in the manger that very first Christmas.

The Giving Tree 2019

Once again, our parishioners demonstrated how they live their lives as good, faithful stewards of God’s gifts by sharing with others!

Fall Clean-up

Thank you to those who helped with our fall clean-up.  As you know, we are all stewards of God’s gifts – including all those fallen

leaves!

Bike-a-thon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 2019

Once again our PSR raised money for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.  Our goal was to raise $2500. We have surpassed our goal and funds are still coming in!  Thank you to all those who rode, walked or ran; to those who donated refreshments; to those who made monetary donations and for everyone who continues to pray for the children.
