WELCOME BACK! Bishop Malooly, has lifted the dispensation, thereby reinstating the Sunday and Holy Day Mass obligation for Catholics in the Diocese, effective June 26, 2021. The obligation does not apply to those who are ill, have been exposed to the virus, or have any serious underlying health conditions. We welcome and encourage the Faithful to return to full in-person participation of the Sunday Eucharist, the source and summit of our Catholic faith.
THE BLESSING OF FATHERS will take place at Masses this weekend, June 19th and 20th.

LECTORS NEEDED: We are in need of additional lectors for the 4:00 pm and 10:30 am Masses. If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please call Linda Mood at 302- 653-6852.

R.C.I.A. – CHANGE THE WORLD: Do you know someone who is interested in becoming Catholic? Are you an adult who has never made First Eucharist or been Confirmed? Deacon Frank will hold an Inquiry Session on July 12th at 6:30pm for those adults who have not been baptized, who were baptized in another Christian tradition who desire to become Catholic or for those adults baptized Catholic in need of First Communion and/or Confirmation. REGISTRATION FOR PSR (Parish School of Religious Education) is now open for 2021-2022. Our PSR offers religious education for children in pre-kindergarten through ninth grade. MEMORIAL MASS: A Memorial Mass for Deacon Charlie will be celebrated this coming Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 6:30pm. FATHER’S DAY NOVENA: Express your love for a special father, grandfather, godfather, father-in-law, or any man who has played a fatherly role in your life by enrolling them in the Father’s Day Novena of Masses. You can remember any man, living or deceased who is dear to you. Envelopes are available at the doors of the Church.

Dear God,
Thank you for all the fathers and father-figures in this world and for the many ways you use them to lovingly guide others to Your heart. We ask that you would bless them and give them great joy and peace. May they see You and know You in new ways. Show them how much you love them and care about them. Guide their steps, use their hands, and make them a blessing to others as you continue to fulfill your special purpose for their lives.
We also pray for those who have recently lost or who are facing the imminent loss of their fathers, may they find comfort in the love that their fathers have given them.
